Gamification of the hand of our CEO in the GREF days

Last Friday 27th of June, the GREF (The Assotiation of Training and Development Responsibles of Finantial Entities in Spain) invited Ibrahim Jabary, CEO of Gamelarn to take part of its  XX edition of  learning seminars. Creator of Triskelion and Merchantss, Ibrahim is a pioneer in the development of game based learning courses.

In 2008 after 15 years training profesionals he decided to create a new product to offer to the market an effective e-learning solution that combines gamification, game-based learning and simulation. After 6 years in the market, Triskelion and Merchants have trained thousands of people from more than 200 companies worldwide.

Under the name of  “Gamification. Colaborative environments, how to share”  Ibrahim performed an interesting talk in which he shared its learning expertise with the GREF members.

The topics covered during this session were the followings:

  • Why e-learning is not satisfactory and unefficient?
  • How can we create effective online training programs?
  • How can a videogame help my organitation?
  • What companies have already implementes videogame-based programs?
