How to motivate your team in meetings - Checklist

Tell your team you’re going to ask for them help to improve the team management:

  1. Meet separately with the team members in a one-to-one 30-minute interview, and ask them to answer the questions on the checklist below.
  2. Be responsible for filling out the questionnaire with their feedback.
  3. This exercise will give you relevant information about each member’s motivating factors and ideas about ways to reward them when it’s time to do it.
  4. Record this information somewhere you have easy access to.
