Gamelearn will visit Paris in June

Gamelearn Team 10 Jun / 2015

Gamelearn will travel to Paris to attend the 11th Learning, Talent & Development Conference (LTD Conference) which will be held on June 11. This is an exciting event for training and business development professionals, who will find in the French capital a chance to catch up with the most innovative methodologies and also to share different views.

Gamelearn, a pioneering company in the development of serious games for corporate training, will address attendees at 14.30 (local time) in the eighth session of the day. The talk “Game-based learning: how corporate training is being reinvented” will deepen into the unstoppable rise of game-based learning and learning through gamified tools.

Ibrahim Jabary, CEO of Gamelearn, will bring up the different educational opportunities offered by companies like his, as well as the influence of new generations on the training plans. He will present the results of game-based learning applied to companies and institutions from his own experience in skills development, and the keys to the future of corporate training will be outlined.

This meeting in Paris will gather some 300 professionals and training managers to attend the series of lectures which will be the central concept of the conference, together with the round tables and breakfasts with experts and development managers. The goal is to learn more about the need to continue training employees for the development of organizations. This 11th learning conference will also stress the need to implement training projects within a framework of profitability for any action undertaken.

In that sense, game-based learning will be the model because of its ability to provide access to learning anywhere, anytime. Geographical barriers are eliminated and technology is put at the disposal of cultural outreach and professional development. Furthermore, skills development is a necessity for many companies, as their employees are in need of specialized and quality training so as to move forward. Companies that are committed to gamification in order to meet this demand find the possibility of training high performers. Skills development is a challenge for many organizations, and Paris will witness many proposals and experiences to encourage companies to invest in talent development.
