Emotional checklist for remote working teams

Gamelearn Team 27 Mar / 2020

In this guide, you will be able to find a series of questions for individual reflection, self-knowledge and guiding leaders during the exceptional circumstances that we are living.

Check this guide

In these uncertain times, all teams are experiencing alarming situations, isolation, and fears, typical of threatening moments like this one. That’s why, now more than ever, we encourage you to maintain the unconditional support and freedom to express emotions that unites teams working remotely.

Listening, communicating and understanding each other will be the most powerful tools we can use to overcome the current challenges together.

How to use this guide with your team?

This guide is a tool that you can use with complete freedom to adapt it to the day-to-day work for your remote working teams. Below, you can find several examples of implementation:

Proposal 1

Individual sessions of 15 to 20 minutes:

  • Part 1: qualitative.
  • Part 2: quantitative, evaluating from 1 to 5 each question.

Proposal 2

You can incorporate it into your weekly 1-to-1 meetings for result tracking.

Proposal 3

You can create a Google survey for each team member to respond to and then comment on the responses together.

Remember: Positive feedback

Positive feedback (recognition) is a powerful motivational tool. Here are the rules for doing it right.
